At Spankys Card Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your apparel and accessories. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping package or a sturdy mailing box.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring old barcodes are covered.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the goods, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
